Would it be possible to add an option, at least, so that the meeting rotations take into account who's available at the selected date and time ?
Our partner is going to make some calls to our prospects to book meetings for our sales team. If the prospect on the phone mentions a specific date and time to our partner, it would be easier for the partner to be suggested a specific user that is available at that date and time. Instead, the partner has to check for each user, whether he is available or not (which is not convinient while the prospect is waiting on the phone).
PS : By the way, having a concatenated view of all calendars of the team here would also be great to help for that purpose.
