Manual about tickets and conversations moving to HelpDesk

It would be very helpful to create a manual for migration for existing customers who are currently on the conversations inbox + tickets, and who would like to move to the Help Desk environment next year.
 
Just a few questions which we would like answers to:
  • how should we update workflows?
  • how should we update APIs?
  • how should we update reports?
  • how would this migration / moving go overall?
  • what other affect should we expect?
