Make private meeting information (notes, comments, type...) more visible in the activity feed

We are constantly logging meetings by forwarding the invite link to hubspot, and we take notes in the Team notes or Comments section of the meeting.

This information is extremely relevant to our daily work, and we are used to having it accessible at a glance.

Unfortunately, meeting invites today have very little useful text, and a HUGE amount of space is taken up by remote conferencing links for MS Teams or Zoom or Google Meet.

Visually, this hides the meeting notes under large, irrelevant text which makes scanning meeting notes very difficult.

Editing the invite text is impossible, as this resends an "updated" invitation to the client

I would propose the ability to either:

- put the Team Notes and/or Comments ABOVE the meeting description, as well as the meeting type and outcome.

- to HIDE the meeting invite / description (or at least only show the first few lines) INDEPENDENTLY of the meeting notes (and other relevant information such as meeting classification, outcome, etc ...)

Basically, separate the part that is SHARED with the client (the invite itselfs, participants etc ...) and the part that is PRIVATE to us (classification, notes, etc ...)

This would be really helpful to make it easier to see what the meeting is about since 99% of them are virtual now.

Currently "Team Notes" are only visible if you Edit the meeting, I suggest making this visible all the time and moving it above the description so that internal notes are easy to add/edit. It would be great to have the click to edit, rather than having having to use the menu to edit the meeting.

Absolutely agree, the whole purpose of tracking meetings and and notes in HubSpot is to have all information in one space easily readible and accessible.

Less relevant information like long blocks of zoom details make it a lot harder to sift through the important information.
Would very much appreciate if a solution was released for this.
