Held Desk Beta feature - conversation visibility for users with free seat

We really like the new Help desk feature (currently in Beta). It closes the gap between queued converstions and ticket management.
In order to be able to use this feature we need users without a paid service seat to be able to access conversations. Currently this is not possible, since only users with paid service seats and super admins can access conversations associated with tickets in help desk.

 Hello, thanks for your feedback! We recently made changes to allow users to view and respond to tickets in help desk even without a Service seat.
