we can see from this link that There is no way to get a notification for each marketing email that you send out.
the only way would be to create workflows to trigger enrollment into workflows and have an internal email sent out, but this means that every contact that was sent a marketing email would be enrolled and trigger the notification.
therefore, would be great if we can just have a general notification when a marketing email is sent out (and not for every contact)
