Being able to edit the forecast historically is needed. We have large deals and long sales cycles; if you think a $2M deal will hit this month, but it slides once or twice, your quarterly forecast is suddenly off by $6M. We also have new reps still working on forecasting, and mistakes are made, permanently throwing off the forecast.
