Playbooks need to be able to be donwloadable or exportable from the contact or company's profile so that all of the notes and information is retained when extracted from HubSpot.
We also would benefit from the functionality to be able to export the results for company communication. Alternatively, if a read only view could be made available in Hubspot for non-Sales Enterprise users can at least view the results from the sales team.
In addition, we would like to be able to export playbook utilization by users. We are encouraging the usage of Playbooks for our frontline retail teams. We would like to add incentive on the usage. There is plenty of data on the Analyze tab under Playbooks but I do not see a way to export that data. Idealy we could export it through our private app/api connection that we already have in place, but at minimum we would like to be able to export it as a csv/xls file. Can this be added soon?
Yes please! 3 years later, this would still be helpful and increase our usage of playbooks. We need somewhere to actually view what we're hearing and learning from clients and prospects in one place, rather than jumping from record to record.
I need to be able to send completed Playbooks to Slack (through our existing Slack integration) for sales leadership to review discovery, for example. I see that Playbook content is not an option to use in Workflow Communication actions. I don't want to copy everything to Deal Properites...We have 10+ discovery questions. Have them all become Properties sounds like a bit of a mess, and a misuse of Properties.
