I would like to exempt specific contacts from being limited by the frequency cap. We have seed lists that receive every email we send--and those contacts need to be able to receive all emails beyond the cap. However, the contacts in the lists that we're emailing have overlap, so I do want to make sure they are capped.
Goal: Select contacts that are able to get all emails beyond the frequency cap
Value: Ability to use seed lists and internal confirmation contacts for all emails
