We are selling saas products but they are closely connected with sort of project management. In the customer portal it would be nice to become able establishing progress bars with milesstones and checkboxes one-way and bi-directional as well as space to drop files. This would enable our customers to receive a live review on progress at any time. Maybe custom objects or playbooks are other areas to fit such a feature. Btw. I miss customer portal as a category in this community.
Currently we work with google docs and make them PDF when customers cannot access. Also we could add this to our tool ourselves, but we assume in such feature could lay potential for many other Hubspot users too.
