Enable Default Deal Amount to be set as Recurring Revenue Amount

Enable Default Deal Amount to be set as Recurring Revenue Amount or, if not, enable the "Annual Recurring Revenue" deal property to be added to the "Create Deal" form

 

This is to allow the Weighted Pipeline figures on the deal board to be accurate
