I want my entire company to be able to see the range of partners or leads we're working with, but I don't want every employee to see every email that's sent and received.
There should be functionality that allows admins to specify which users can see email records.
Hopefully that's enough information - I've seen community posts about this request dating back to 2020. This is potentially a dealbreaker for my team's use of Hubspot in the long term.
