Disable automated chat transcript on a one-time basis

The toggle for enable/disable chat transcript sending is good, but sometimes our team needs the ability to disable the sending of a chat transcript on a one-time basis to either close the chat without alerting the customer (say we've sent a ticket responding to their chat separately, or have spoken to them outside of the chat and don't need to re-open it as a concern). It would be very helpful for service teams for a functionality like this.
