Customising contact before logging with Gmail integration tool
Coming from Microsoft 365 to Gmail for our email hosting, I've noticed a feature the Gmail integration tool is missing in comparison to the 365 tool. When logging a new contact in response to an email, there is no function that allows me to change their name, add their job title or add in their contact type before sending and getting logged, something which was possible with Office 365. This results in contacts being added with their first name being the email address. I then have to manually go in and edit the contact which is quite frustrating.
It would be great if the Gmail tool had the same functionality as the O365 tool.
