Customer Agent Beta | Ah, the dilemma of the repetitive personality based responses

Loving the witty choice for customer agent so far, but it is very repetative with it's introduction when answering questions.

"Ah," is used at the start of almost every answer, but then the body of the answer is great and varies each time the same question is asked!

Some of the other personality choices are repetative as well, so I think this would apply to all.

Having more variance in its segways, the ability to train it more from an admin side, or having a block list of terms would be very helpful.

Yes this would help and also the ability to set the tone based on property fields I.e a different segmentation property.
