Create a specific Admin rights feature to allow Quote Template customization

Today, you need to be Super Admin to be able to customize Quote Templates.

 

As we're dealing with lot of customer data. It does not make sense to upgrade users' rights to Super Admin in order to edit the font, color and a few features from the quote.

Agreed, we've got complicated requirements for our quotes which means our team needs to be able to modify quote modules. They can't do this without needing super admin rights. It would be very useful to have more selective editing rights for quote templates.
