Connect Forms to Sales Workspace to Easily Create Deals on Certain Sales Pipelines

It is great that you can connect your forms to the new Help Desk workspace and set the chosen Ticket Pipeline you want to create tickets on.

However, I have roughly 15 clients on HubSpot and 90% of the forms used on their website are related to Sales, not Customer Service. When they have a website enquiry their sales team want to easily respond to leads and create deals straight from their workspace using the form information the lead submitted.

 

Adding Deal properties to forms would also be a huge bonus so we don't need to create duplicate properties on a Contact or Company object to then copy over the information to the Deal record too.

I support the idea of connecting forms to the Sales Workspace. This feature would streamline lead-to-deal conversion, reduce data entry errors, and enhance sales velocity by allowing teams to create deals directly from form submissions. Additionally, adding Deal properties to forms would eliminate duplicate data entry, improving efficiency. This enhancement aligns perfectly with HubSpot's integrated approach and would be a game-changer for sales teams.
