Collecting Transaction information in hubspot from a Typeform integration

We are launching an order satisfation survey throught a Type form integration with Hubspot. 

The main purpose is to know if our clients are satisfied with their orders.

The questions are :

- Is it possible to update the transaction with the score of the survey without asking him the information concerning his transaction ? 

- How do we get the overview results on hubspot and not contact by contact ?
