Code alerts within HubSpot

I recently found out that there are 'code alerts' for debugging themes, templates and modules as example. I also read that this feature only is a 'Enterprise' functionality.

 

I think this should not be a 'Enterprise' functionality since it's for development purpose and should be a feature as long as you have permission for the 'developers tools'.
