Calling - Routing to different groups

Hello,

 

Would it be possible to add the possibility to create routings on Inbound calls ?

 

In our company, when a client calls us, the call is redirected to a group of agents called "1st Line". If the 1st line does not answer (or is not available), then the call is redirected to another group called "2nd Line".

 

For the moment, this kind of routing is not possible in Hubspot but would be very useful.
