Calculated String Property Fields

Looking for a way to easily put together two strings as a property output, examples:

  1. Pre-populated string (i.e. a URL) + referring to another property on the same record (i.e. backend account ID) = full URL 
  2. String property + string property
  3. etc

This is an inherent feature in systems like Salesforce and Gainsight. I need this in order to allow my reps to click into a prospect or customer's trial back end profile.
