Better Omni Channel Support Across Social Media Platforms
We currently do not have the ability to send and receive messages from social medial platforms like Instagram and Twitter. Many other CRMs allow the customer service and marketing teams to create conversations from Mentions and Direct Messages on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Messanger, Linkedin, and others. When will this ability be added to HubSpot? It seems that there is a massive opportunity for HubSpot to support more of an omnichannel solution for serving clients. KUSTOMER does this really well.
