There is currently no way in HubSpot to delegate the super admin ability to customize the property view in the left sidebar for records like contacts and companies.
One of my colleagues has been tasked with helping with some admin-related tasks, including creating customized team views of the properties in the left sidebar of a record view. Even though I gave them full access to the CRM, it seems that the only way that they can make changes to the left sidebar is by granting them full super admin access.
My teammate doesn't need full super admin access, nor should they have it, for their everyday work. The screenshot below shows the specific area that they wish to have access to without any need to account or user settings or anything else related to super admin access.
Rather than having to ask a super admin to make left sidebar changes or grant full super admin access to someone that doesn't need it, we should be able to simply grant access in the Users settings, as shown below.
