Allow an option to suppress registration emails for users added to private lists

It would be nice to be able to suppress/prevent the registration email that goes out when a user gets added to a list to view a private knowledge base.  If we could just add the user to the list and when/if they are directed to our knowledge base from our product, they can register to view an article if needed (provided they are on the necessary list).  We're just trying to minimize the number of emails we send to clients as they onboard, so it would be a better experience to include a link to the knowledge base in our general welcome email.
