Add more workflow enrollment options: trigger based on X days ago and other activity
Currently the automation tool is lacking some very important critieria options to make more advanced automations. I've had a chat with support to check weither I missed something.
What we are missing are the options of criteria that mabye best could be explained as the Delay node Plus.
We want to trigger re-enrollment based on a specific e-mail that has been sent for example 90 days ago. Plus a specific activity that has occurced again.
So our criteria should look something like this:
Enrollment trigger:
Has completed a meeting that is type 'Sales Visit'
And contacts meet following criteria:
- Hasn't had a 'After Report'-email in the past 90 days
OR hasn't been in this workflow for 90 days.
It would be hugely helpfull to have more triggers based on a combination of fields and based on history based on DAYS instead of DATE, the latter isn't flexible.
