Add integrations/v1/limit/daily endpoint for OAuth

Currently I use API Key’s using integrations/v1/limit/daily endpoint to track how much usage is available before my code proceeds. I am working on adding oAuth 2.0 and I do not see any equivalent Hubspot API endpoints that supports the same response of:

Please create a OAuth endpoint to provide the same results.
