As a super admin, I would like to deactived the automatical logging between a ticket and a deal. All incomming tickets from a contact today establise a connection to all excisting deals where the contact is listet. This is messy. I have tried to set all assosiations to none for email under Activity, but it still happens. I also have disabled associations under the ticket settings, with no luck.
After contacting support I understand, there is not possible to deactivate automatically logging from incomming tickets from Help Desk i Hubspot. All tickets wil log to Activities on deals and be visible in the activity and email tab. This is messy!
