When a contact that is enrolled in a sequence bounces, Hubspot unenrolls that contact from the sequence. Currently, it is not possible to access any of the emails that I had spent time writing for that contact, which means that I need to re-customize the entire sequence when reaching out to that contact or another individual in that company again. I am so surprised Hubspot provides no way to access the customized sequence emails that have been written for contacts. Hubspot, PLEASE make it possible to access these, whether it be on the contact record as a scheduled email or within the sequence itself. The lack of this feature has resulted in so much time lost for me and my sales reps.
