Ability to add ticket tags without a preset condition
Hi everyone,
The new ticket tags functionality is very nice! As a Servicedesk Admin, I would like to add tags without having to set some conditions for the tags to automatically appear in tickets. In other words, I want to be able to add colorful tags (without any preset condition) which can then be manually attached to any ticket I or my colleagues choose. The automated ticket tags do not always match our needs. Thanks!
