i have taken all the class and exam i passed my exams but, I'm being told that i still need to complete the practical exercise(s) to recieve my certification.
The problem is i dont even have access to some features that will enable me take the practical exercise(s). features like the form, landing page and some others.
However, it was displayed on my screen to add some informations to get access to the features which i did only to have these features being suspended.
I see that the remaining practical requiring completion is "Contextual Marketing Certification - Smart Text" which asks that you add a smart rule to a landing page. This would require a standard landing page template (available on Marketing / CMS Professional or above). In order to complete this, you will need to upgrade your subscription or reach out to our Sales Team to start a trial.

Also to note, completing all practicals is necessary to gain the certification. It may be best to start a trial account with access to the Subscription type needed for these exercises. 🙂
