What is an Accepted Solution in the HubSpot Community
Hi dear Community members,
As you explore our Community forums, you will notice that some threads have accepted solutions!
The purpose of our Community, as a Customer Success center, is to provide you with tips and best practices that help you get the most out of the HubSpot software. Some threads can get lengthy as members and experts discuss the best approach to a software problem or HubSpot setup. Marking a helpful comment as a solution will pin it at the top of the thread and give the comment author some well-deserved recognition.
Accepted solutions help you find answers faster – when you’re searching for information in the Community, you can use this filter to only see solved posts:
❓ Who can mark a comment as a solution?
Community Managers and the original poster (author of the original post).
If you asked a question in the Community and received a helpful reply, please mark it as a solution! This is the best way to thank the person who took the time to reply, and you’re also helping others with similar questions find answers faster.
❓ Why can’t I accept an answer as a solution?
Some forums do not have the solution feature enabled (like our Ideas or the News forums), but most of our product-related forums do!
Did you find a helpful answer that should be a solution? Tag @CommunityTeam and we’ll be happy to review & accept the answer.
If you’d like to flag a comment to the Community team privately for any reason, you can do that via the three dots in the top right corner of the comment > “Report Inappropriate Content”. If you think something shouldn't be a solution, you can select the reason "Other" when reporting and provide more information under "Details".
❓ What is a solution?
