Defining RevOps and Sharing Your Learning Goals
Here at HubSpot, we define Revenue Operations, or RevOps, as the people, processes, systems, and data that control how your business generates revenue.
That means that if you work at an organization that generates revenue, then you have RevOps at play in your business!
RevOps enables you to not only strategically improve your customer experience, but it also lets you powerfully and intentionally scale your business.

I'm Chris Boulanger based in Las Vegas, NV, USA. I define RevOps as the strategy, process and technology infrastructure that unifies measurement and analysis of revenue driving operations across business functions. Usually Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, but often needs more from Product. The big goal is to optimize across the entire customer (journey) experience, removing friction, and accelerating scaling.
Learning goal: Be able to support RevOps in HubSpot. Start putting RevOps into practice with my clients.

Rev Ops is a strategic role that unite sales, customer service and marketing in order to increase the customer experience during buying journey and reduce the costs as much as it's possible (without decreasing experience, but the reverse).
