I cant figure out how to get the reply message in conversations to allow an Ai rewrite. I read the support docs and also watched the videos. It says we are supposed to be able to highlight the text in the reply to conversation field and a lightening bolt will show up and you click and it will say rewrite..
This is driving me crazy!! somebody please help!!!
If you have the content assistant enabled and are able to use it in other HubSpot assets (i.e., email and landing pages) but not the conversations inbox, that functionality is likely coming to your portal soon. I believe that HubSpot has been slowly adding this functionality across portals, so defintiely check to see if it's accessible in other tools. It's not ideal, but you could use the content assistant within an email or landing page to write your responses for use in the conversation inbox.
You can always reach out to your HubSpot representative as well to confirm your beta access. Just bear in mind that this feature is still in beta and will take time to finalize for the full release.
