Regardless of the story you’re trying to tell and how you’re trying to tell it, storytelling has three essential elements:

  • Characters
  • Conflict
  • Resolution

Choose one of your favorite brands, and tell their business's story by answering the below questions.

  • Who is the brand?
  • Who is their audience?
  • What challenge are they helping their audience to overcome? How are they doing it?

i guess  the most challenges of this fame company is distribution of their products and introduce their new products ,particularely they have to compete with other well-known companies such as nike and addidas

 

the best and effective strategy that they made is that they provide shoes retails with attractice bruchers as well as some tools and instructerhelping sellers to find the best and proper shoes for customers such as some special electronic pad that could recognise some foot deformity.moreover they produce some shoes which could help cure and treat some foor deformity

They don't know how to show it to the other person; generally, they are shy, they're actually very scared inside.

  • comic book lovers and book readers.

What challenge are they helping their audiance to overcome? How are they doing?

  • The brand that i chose helps the audiance to overcome the imagination of being in a good book. Their doing this by showing the charaters and making the plot seem natural in the case of charaters recations. Their eleminating the hidden feelings and reations and showcasing the true intentions and thoughts and feelings that would usually be hidden inbetween the lines of words in a book. The imagination of picturing what the charaters charateristics and style is brought front in center so the reader can focus on the actual storyline.

Everyone. They can be children, teenagers, adults and maybe the aged

  • What challenge are they helping their audience to overcome? How are they doing it?

The brand knows that waiting is kind of boring and the fact that people hate wasting their time. Therefore, Haidilao desires to make the time that people use to go to this restaurant more valuable. Haidilao recruits waiters who are willing to serve customers attentively and use their time to make them pleased and relaxed. To do that, this brand offers a lot of activities for people to do when they have spare time in the restaurant such as waiting for tables, waiting for the ordered food to be brought and so on. For example, when people are waiting for tables in the waiting room, they can eat some snacks like peas, dried vegetables or something cooler like ice cream in the fridge. Besides, people can use some small pieces of paper that the restaurant gives to fold paper cranes or stars in order to have a discount on the total bill. In addition to this, women can go to the nail area to make their hand beautiful by being polished by professional staff. This restaurant also gives customers great services by serving enthusiastically, high-quality food, delicious desert and a small gift after having a meal and paying the bill. Every service in Haidilao Hotpot is nice and wonderful. Therefore, this brand of Hotpot restaurants is really famous in Southeast Asia and is full of seats everyday, especially on weekends.

What challenge are they helping their audience to overcome? How are they doing it?

 

Most companies focus more on hiring engineers, sales representatives, and marketers, but forget to focus more on building a customer success team that interacts daily with the customers experiencing their product or service. This creates a gap between the core product/service and the way customers experience it. Caret is looking to bridge that gap by hiring and training agents specifically for such products and services, so companies can focus on building and improving their core products and services. A lot of companies face challenges when an engineer is trying to explain or resolve an issue with a customer with zero tech knowledge. This is why Caret is hiring non-tech talents that will bridge that gap and relate to the customer experience, so resolving customer problems can be efficient. Who is their audience? Busy working individuals, working-class parents, youths, freelancers and working from home individuals who are pizza lovers but do not have the time to go out and get it.

They are too busy to go out and order their pizza due their tight schedule. To solve this challenge, they are offering their customers pizza delivery within 20mins of placing their order.

Who is their audience? Environment conscious, interested in eco friendly and sustainable things.

What challenge are they helping their audience to overcome? How are they doing it?  They are helping people live consciously- protecting environment, zero waste.

They are providing substitutes for basic day to day products like toothbrush, portable steel glass, steel straws, bamboo toothbrush, plastic bags substitute for storing vegetables and many more products. Recently they did a campaign  of customer's concern of buying handwash, shampoo, liquid detergent in plastic bottles, also the ingredients in surf are harming the nature. So they have come up with a soap powder that is skin friendly, same product can be used for washing utensils and taking bath.

With status ''discover you'', Ananas wants customers understand exactly themselves and what they wants. When you understand yourself, you can breath with your life easier.                       

With people who have low budget and they can't afford some global shoes brand. Ananas produces variety of shoes that suitable with their finance whereas the high quality, fashionable. It can be ensured that you can use your shoes more than one year.
