The lesson indicates that the strategy is for the year. Is this GDD Dashboard workshopped once a quarter? Do you copy Goals into Q1 Goals, Q2 Goals ...?
Goal Tab:
For the strategy statement, do you include the theme (establish, optimize, expand) for the quarter in the statement?
Do you stick to 1 theme with multiple focus areas in 1 quarter? i.e. Establish Strategy Focus Area
