Zoom Phone Incoming Calls Lookup Not Working

We want incoming calls through Zoom Phone open the corresponding contact record in Hubspot.
Zoom documentation says to put the link below into Zoom Phone desktop app settings for launching an external URL for incoming calls.  When I tested it, Hubspot opened in the browser, but it did not perform the search for the contact.  It says on the dashboard page.  

Has anyone been able to make this work?

If you're using the EU server try the following link in the zoom settings: 

https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/contacts/yourhubspotID/objects/0-1/views/all/list?globalSearchQuery=%E

Would you be able to please share the documentation from Zoom on this functionality? Have you verified if your integration meets the prerequisites to use this functionality? Are you seeing any error messages in HubSpot or Zoom?
