I have a trouble with the calling widget that has a greater height than the window on specific devices (especially on 13 inches Macbook).
I'm switching my calling tool (from Aircall to Diabolocom), and with the new call provider the green button to answer a call is at the bottom left. So on some devices, it's impossible to answer the calls (as you can see on the screenshot).
Do you know how I could be sure that this widget fits into the window for all devices, so that all my team will be able to answer the calls?
Hello @RSaillant, thank you for providing screenshots! What is the current browser you are using? Have you tested in a different browser to see if this behavior continues? At the moment we have limited options when it comes to customizing call widgets, but I would like to investigate more about this case. The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
Thanks for your answer! I did test it with two browsers (Safari and Chrome), but it's not a matter of browser or device in my opinion, it's more about the CSS of the calling widget itself. Since nothing makes it fit to the window's height, for some devices (especially 13 inches Macbook) the calling widget is higher than the screen so it's impossible to see the bottom. But on 15 inches Macbooks it seems OK.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with Macbooks' Dock, since it takes a lot of space at the bottom of the screen and I know that in some websites it can creates problems. I don't know if it will help you, but that's the only thing I can think of right now, and I know that it can be confusing for some developers because when you're looking for 13 inches Macbooks' viewport size you always find 1280px for width and 800px for height but it's not the true height because of the Dock.
If it's impossible for HubSpot to make the calling widget fit to the window, I would recommend to just make it a bit smaller so that it fits all devices.
