Splitting a company between B2B and B2C Sales

SOLVE

We are looking to split companies between the B2B Sales and B2C Sales.

Example: we have a retail customer Elkjøp who carries our consumer products instore/online as well as offfers our B2B solutions. This company has different POCs at our company and it would need to be split so both teams have all their relevant information, they do not have any overlap.

Is there a good way to set this up to have only relevant company information for each team? Ex: B2B vs B2C Sales Network

Hi @Dalton,

Both teams would be looking at the same company record but you can display different sidebars depending on which user/team is looking at the record: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/customize-record-sidebars#create-and-edit-default-record-sid...

There currently isn't any way to split the activity feed however. If you're working with the deal object, that would be a solution here. If each team creates their own deal records, communication would be split between deals.

Best regards!
