I realised this morning that over the weekend our duplicate contacts had increased by 2000. Has anyone had this happen before or know what may have caused it.

That sounds familiar 😅 I was missing control over our duplicates so we developed a HubSpot plugin to tackle this. The plugin adds properties so you can create views orreports of duplicates and highlight the recently created duplicates. You can start a free trial to find out what happened in your instance!

1. Have you done an import of contacts recently? 2. Is there any updates that you made that could have caused this? A workflow? A third-party integration?
