Hi @MJoanis and welcome to the Community! As @BérangèreL mentioned, a couple things I'd try before contacting HubSpot support are: 

Then I'd contact HubSpot Support in your portal to see if they have a solution. I think it's a connection issue, and hopefully it's already resolved itself.

Hey @MJoanis ! Welcome to the community and HubSpot.

 

From the screenshot you shared, it looks like you're setting up the basic tasks for a brand new portal, maybe even one you're just testing out.

 

If the screen didn't load, which seems to be the case, it could be due to a minor internet hiccup. No biggie!

 

Just give it another try and it should work.

 

Refresh the page, head back to the onboarding tasks, click on "complete basic tasks," and you'll be taken back to that screen with everything visible.

 

You should then see something like ...

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I see that you are trying to view all properties of one contact but it keeps on loading.

Can you please try in an incognito window or another browser to see if that helps?

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @SNigam, @mangelet and @danmoyle do you have suggestions to help @MJoanis, please?
