How well does your website serve its visitors?

Think about the saying, “People don’t buy a quarter-inch drill; they buy a quarter-inch hole.” This is a perfect example of the Jobs Theory in action. When someone purchases a drill, they’re hiring that drill to do the job of creating a hole in their wall.

What is the job people are hiring your website to do? How are you currently solving those needs? Keep in mind, your site may have several different “jobs.” Some people may be coming there to find out about your pricing, while others might want to speak with your sales team. Share your thoughts below.

We have a bit of a mish-mash - which is why we have just invested in Hubspot!  our site is geared for legal teams that are both preparing case strategies and getting ready for trial.  Our site also acts as a gateway into our SaaS software, so it's a login / home page as well.

Our website is meant to be informative, a resource, and a place for people to find out more about who we are and the services we provide. We try to meet all our propsects needs by showing as much information about the tech and security areas before meeting them, as well as giving additional resourses afterwards to continue to engage with that customer.

That's why UI/UX terms come to play at an action first. if your sites reflect a higher engaging user experience with the solution then there are minimal chances of people bouncing back from your website. as said 88% of people won't came back to your site if they didn't interact with your engagement and find a relevant solution on your website.

Our website (EquityDoor) serves as a platform to connect project owners and investors, it provides an alternative to traditional banks and financing. By eliminating the traditional cost, complexity, and reliance on big banks and real estate insiders, it opens the door to building real estate equity for anyone.

People come to our website to find a household worker to work in their families. They also want to know about the cost and terms of our service. Customers return to the site to find answers to specific questions they have. If available customers would use the website to check on the process of their visa applications.

How well does your website serve its visitors?

The job of mellowest.co is to help business owners or marketers solve marketing challenges.  Early on, this means we're helping them solve common problems they face: How to make a better video, how to use the internet to sell more, how to increase the amount of leads their website is generating.  Later on in the buyer's journey, the job of our website is to help customers find the right growth agency, and connect with our team to better understand their challenges 1:1. It's final job to ensure that customers are continuing to find the resources and information they need to engage with us, reduce friction, and accomplish their goals.
