Issue with HubSpot/Five9 API

Hello, we have a custom integration with HubSpot > Five9. If we receive a call from phone number in Five9, we should receive a connector window populate with the contacts information or if they do not have a record, it will populate an external window to create the necessary record.

We've been having issues with this lately and Five9 is stating this may be due to a HubSpot API issue. I've spoken with support regarding this issue and have been informed that there have been no substantial changes made to HubSpot's API. Five9 is requesting for HubSpot to review the errors longs for further investigation to pinpoint our issues with this custom integration. Thank you!

For next steps, I'd recommend asking Five9 to assist with troubleshooting their integration, as HubSpot support cannot provide support for 3rd party integrations. You can try reopening your ticket, or opening a new one, and provide those logs in your ticket so they can take a more in-depth look.
