Will Breeze Intelligence replace the current insights? or will there still be some level of included insights natively?

Hi @Jnix284,

Great question!

HubSpot company insights will be moving to a legacy product status starting on September 18th, 2024. Starting on this date, a few notable changes will take effect:

  • Any net new customers will no longer have the HubSpot insights company enrichment feature starting at INBOUND. Previously, this was offered as a free feature for all customers.
  • Any customers that opt into using the new company enrichment solution launching at INBOUND will not be able to re-enable the legacy company insights feature.
  • For any existing customers using the legacy company insights product, their companies will continue to be enriched on creation but we will no longer send any data updates to those domains after the first enrichment.

This is the first phase of a full sunset of the company insights feature for existing customers planned for 2025.

Best,

Jennifer

Hi @jestone,

Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to chat with us community members!

I'm just getting started with HubSpot. I'm curious about how Copilot can help service teams boost their productivity.

Can you share a few use cases on how Copilot and Breeze Customer Agent can help my customer service team drive efficiency? My team of support specialists and managers are very eager to try out these features.

Thank you,

Pete

Hey @PGoldsmith,

So excited to hear you are getting started with HubSpot. Here are a few tips on how to use Breeze to drive efficiency!

Service teams can use Breeze Copilot to:

  • Summarize tickets
  • Get recommend replies
  • Better understand customers
  • See call summary previews
  • Call transcript Q&A
  • Draft knowledge base articles
  • Draft customer responses
  • Generate ticket names

For example, when you open Breeze Copilot, you can type the prompt (or use our suggested prompt) “Summarize ticket number (and enter the ticket number)”.

Breeze Customer Agent can be deployed on your website to engage with your customers at any time to instantly resolve customer questions for you. You can train it on your knowledge base, website, blog content, and public URLs to automate customer conversations and deflect cases. To get started, tap the Breeze icon in your portal and select “Customer Agent” on the Breeze homepage. Then, you will be taken through a step-by-step process to get your agent setup!

Hope this helps!

I've purchased a Breeze Intelligence subscription and it's been great for Companies, however I've been unable to enrich Contacts, Is this just not available yet?

2nd question/suggestion: I've turned on enrichment for all new Companies/Contacts, however we have some companies getting populated in our CRM by an integration. Would love to be able to turn enrichment off unless the companies (or even contacts going forward) meet specific criteria. Is that, perchance, on the roadmap to get more granular? (or even to do so in/via a workflow?)

Hi @JGrand1,

Thanks for your questions! I've spoken with the Breeze Intelligence team on this:

1st question: Contact enrichment is available, however note that Breeze Intelligence only enriches business email addresses, not personal email addresses. If you are having trouble enriching business email addresses, can you provide some additional details about what is happening?

Thanks for the response, @jestone! I finally found a contact that had data that I could enrich, but I haven't found but one in the 20ish that I've tried (even tried to enrich my info, to no avail). And, FWIW, we don't allow freemail addresses, only company/business email addresses to be populated, even verifying in our forms before submittal.

One of the things I noticed, too, is that although I'm trying to enrich a Contact, the text mentions Company

I also noticed that the enrichment only works off of Primary email. One idea would be for Breeze to look at all emails associated to see if there are enrichment records associated with any of the emails.

Hi @JGrand1,

Thank you for sharing this example and product suggestion! I'll share this feedback with the product team.

A couple common reasons we would not be able to enrich a contact for good reasons would be:
  • It's a freemail or personal email address (gmail, etc).
  • It was on a recent bounce list.
  • Email has a subdomain in it.
  • The address is part of a temp email address service which grants spoofed email addresses for form fills or email blasts.

If you'd like a second pair of eyes on this example, I'd recommend reaching out to our Technical Support team who has access to deep troubleshooting tools and can provide real-time assistance.

Best,

Jennifer

If we are interested in running automation off Breeze's Buyer Journey, chiefly looking at companies not in HubSpot's CRM, are we able to do this and what is the data source we're looking at? Currently we can filter by contacts/companies who have been identified by Buyer Intent (and manually added to CRM).

Hi @RSmith01,

Thanks for your question.

I've spoken with the Breeze Intelligence team on this. If a company is not in your HubSpot CRM and showing Buyer Intent, automations aren't currently available, but we're working on it.

Best,

Jennifer

Hi @jestone , amazing, thank you! Are you able to share the product timeline in regards to when auotmation would be available with Buyer Intent? Additionally, to build a solution before this is available natively, are you able to share with us the data source or mechanism we can call in order to identify companies which are highlighted by Buyer Intent?

Hey @RSmith01,

These are great questions! We are aiming to have automation available with Buyer Intent by end-of-year!

Before we get to automation, users can identify companies highlighted by Buyer Intent in the Buyer Intent app, most practically by setting up Saved Views and manually adding companies that match those Saved Views to CRM and static lists.

Note that when companies are added manually to CRM, lists, etc., that we write Buyer-Intent to the Company Record Source property to use in your workflows.

Hope this helps 🙂
