How to recover deleted account

Had a free account which has been cleaned out due to inactivity. Thought I'd kept it alive by signing into mobile app but apparently not and all the data is gone. Login still works on website (no accounts showing) but no-longer via mobile app (iOS).

Any way to recover the data?

The following article provides some good context around the lifespan of an inactive account and the required actions to keep the data.

Free accounts will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. (This includes not logging in or using the HubSpot Sales extension.)
You then have 90 days to reactivate the account before its purged and can't be recovered.

The article above provides a form that needs to be filled out prior to receiving the additional assistance needed.
