Webhook in Developer account only trigger test and not any other portal

SOLVE

I have created webhook in a developer account as shown here: https://prnt.sc/5nC0aZpTKGhM

 

When I trigger it, it works only when tested and it is showing portalId set to developer account. I am using API key related to developer account because account related API keys have depricated and can not be generated.

 

I have tried changing deal stage in all accounts, it is not triggering automatically. What should I do to trigger it automatically?

Found there is also need to create and install simple oauth app. Once done, then webhook start triggering automatically.
