When creating a dealbased workflow you can also send emails to the associated contacts of the deal. Those marketing emails are only added to the associated contacts activity timeline, not in the deal's timeline. Unless you tick the box that you want read more

When a Team Member leaves our company, we do not delete their Hubspot User account. We like to keep these open for reporting and analytics purposes. Currenlty, we do not have a good way to label these Users that are no longer with the company. Th read more
