There's no way to see the contacts that are actually opening, clicking, replying, and booking meetings on sequences. This report is currently only helpful for evaluating the effectiveness of a sequence but it does not allow users to take action from Beitrag ansehen

@TinaSimpson in order to see Open/Click Rate, you have to open the individual sequence. That data is listed for each automated email:

Currently when a Playbook is selected, it pops up on half the middle screen. Some of our playbooks have multiple questions so our agents are scrolling to get to each question. It would be nice to have the option to expand the view either by dragging Beitrag ansehen

I have different playbooks for our service team and our sales team. When a sales or service user goes into a record that has the playbook field, they see both sales and service playbooks even though they only need playbooks for their respective team Beitrag ansehen

This would be extremely beneficial for us since we have playbooks based on Teams or Verticals.
