Remove Attachment limitations
In the Conversation Inbox, there are set file types that can be attached, even when uploading them. This makes no sense. We are a software company where we send "license files" and customer configurations (think of ini files) to our clients. Most al Beitrag ansehen

Improving Conversations Inbox Search Functionality

Bulk Manage CRM Attachments on Company and Contact Records
We have prospects, customers, and partners who have many attachments/ documents associated with the accounts. Annual Maintenance agreements, Partnership Agreements, POs, Quotes, Presentations...etc. Hubspot CRM currently only allows you to manage at Beitrag ansehen

Assign Ticket Owner to Associated Conversation
