It should be possible to bulk edit the associated company property for multiple contacts. At the moment, you need to change this one-by-one, which is unnecessarily tedious.

Hubspot... It would be great to add an option to add a playbook like we have the ability to add a knoweledge base artcile to a note or task within the deals, contact and company profiles. If I need to follow up with a sales reps question.. right Beitrag ansehen

Closing tickets is inconsistent and very clunky. There are far to many screens and they are inconsistent in functionality. 1. If we edit the ticket and choose close at the top of that ticket edit screen, we are prompted to enter the resolution Beitrag ansehen

We want to use tickets for supporting our external customers. Our current software allows external users to login and view the status of their own tickets. We can also set roles for contacts from the same company so that a primary contect can see al Beitrag ansehen

Please update the Shopify > Hubspot integration so that the shipping tracking number will sync to Hubspot after the product ships. This is essential.
