The Marketing Event object only allows offline events to be added with contacts via an integration on online event. However, we have in-person conferences that we would like to add. Although we can add them to the object, it will not let us manually Leer más

I would like to identify who is enrolled or has been enrolled in a specific sequence in a smart list form. From that smart list, I could create a workflow to add to a Salesforce Campaign, report on it's success, and trigger other actions. C Leer más

Agreed. We should be able to attach templates, sequences, and documents to campaigns.

Right now, when you create a contact, company, or ticket workflow, that workflow can only communicate with those same type of workflows. There are situations where I may want those to crossover and don't currently have th ability to do so. For e Leer más

It would be really helpful to be able to create follow up tasks for contact owners based on ticket activity. I support this!
