Adding Tags to Knowledge Base for better search functionality
It would be useful to add either hidden or visible tags to Knowledge Base Articles to ensure that they show up when searched. Some people use terminology that we don't typically use or promote but we want them to be able to find the correct posts. read more

Setting for "Working hours" for ServiceHub
The ability to have a global setting in which we could set working hours for our support team who is using ServiceHub. This would allow us to drive workflows and autoresponders for tickets and conversations submitted outside of working hours. read more

For our company the reports in business hours are critical aswell. Hard to beleive this is not possible in Hubspot.
